I often find myself talking about buses and suggesting that there are journeys where the car doesn’t win and taking the bus would be a good alternative. So yesterday when I was on the bus with a bouquet of flowers (very large) 2 Valentines Cards a box of chocolates and some of our rather lovely wooden roses to take to our Valentines winner – well done Alison – had I made the right decision?
Oh yes – delivered to the Town Centre with no parking issues, straight to my meeting point and not a sideways glance from anyone at the rather extravagant packages I was carrying (well except for my driver on that trip who was convinced I had set up a special surprise for him – sorry Phil) ; so if you are wondering whether your next trip should be car or bus, don’t look for the reason not to; look for the positive reason and go bybus.
