From the 1st January 2008, young adults (11 - 18 th birthday) will have to show a Citizencard to be able to purchase a child ticket.
Child Fares are valid all day but are not issued after 2200.

Cards & PayPoint
Purchase 10 single trips in advance through a PayPoint agent and you'll get them for the fantastic price of £15, that's just £1.50 a journey!
And there's great value travel for kids too, 10 single child trips for just £7.50!

English National Concessionary
From Tuesday 1st April 2008, we will accept English passes for concessionary travel.
These passes are valid between 0930 and 2300 Monday - Friday and all day weekends and Bank Holidays.
Rail tickets endorsed with ‘Plus Bus’ are valid for travel on our services.
