Hidden away on your Glo (or Glo17) card is an ‘invisible’ Glo-purse, so you can add your credit, pay and Glo.
With your Glo-purse you:
• can store money for your YB travel
• can top up in £5 values up to a maximum of £50
• don’t have to worry about having the correct change
• can buy all your travel needs (single, return 1 day tickets)
• keep your money safe, if you lose your card we will replace the card and put any unused travel pass or Glo Purse credit back on it
Top Up from the driver, at over 80 Paypoints locally or at our office in the Square, Bournemouth (opposite Boots). Top your Glo Purse up again and again whenever you need it you just pay and Glo.

Q What is a Glo Purse?
A: Your Glo card can store credit allowing you to purchase single, return and day tickets from the driver, so you never have to worry about having the correct change.
Q: What happens if I lose my card?
A: If you lose your Glo card, we can track it through the details you gave when you applied for the card. Email us on smartcard@yellowbuses.co.uk or call us on 636028. Once we have received the information that your card has been lost or stolen (please include your full details and password), we can stop or ‘hotlist’ the card so that it cannot be used. There may be a charge of £5 for replacement cards. We will remake the card for you, and put back in the remaining value on the card less 1 day or for Glo Purse The credit amount for a replacement card will be assessed as at midnight on the day the card is reported missing.. We suggest you make a record of the number on the front of your card, as that is unique to you. If you require a refund on your Glo Purse There is a £10 administration fee when processing your refund, in some case this may mean no refund is payable.
Refund Policy on Glo -purse:
If you have lost your Glo Purse or it has been stolen, you need to contact us quickly with your details, so that no-one can use it, we will get a replacement card to you and transfer your credit.
