Transdev Yellow Buses win an iPhone - Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions apply.
Promotion open to adults 18 and over only
Multiple applications will not be included. If you have already applied for your Glo Card, you are automatically entered for the draw.
1. The Free Prize Draw is open to adults 18 years of age and over, excluding employees of Bournemouth Transport Ltd trading as Transdev Yellow Buses and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.
2. To enter simply complete the Glo application form either online or on a printed application form.
3. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed or damaged. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Last date for receipt of entries is close of business Friday 30th April 2010.
4. There will be 1 winner drawn at random from all Glo applications received since October 2009 and the prize will consist of one iPhone (supplied as a standalone package and without contract).
5. The prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. The judges decision is final, and if you are a winner you will be notified within 14 days of the closing date. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control.
7. Prize winners may be required to participate in publicity.
8. The image shown is for illustrative purposes only.
9. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. No purchase necessary.
11. Details of the winner will be available to email enquirers following the draw by contacting smartcard@yellowbuses.co.uk with the words ‘winner details’ in the title heading
