Transdev Yellow Buses to set up customer focus groups

Are you a regular passenger on Transdev Yellow Buses and would like to express your views on the service?

Or perhaps you’ve never used the bus and would consider it only as a last resort?

Either way Transdev Yellow Buses want to hear from you!

Eight months after services were revamped in the biggest shake-up in the company’s 104-year history, Transdev Yellow Buses has announced plans to set up customer focus groups.

It wants to hear from both users and non-users to see whether its existing network is meeting the needs of the travelling public.

In particular, the company is keen to hear from:

* Students including 14 to 18 year-olds
* Families (with and without children)
* Commuters
* People entitled to concession cards such as the over 60’s and disabled

Transdev Yellow Buses is offering either a £20 Marks & Spencer voucher or two 7-day Yellowcards, worth £24, for people taking part.

Jenni Wilkinson, Communications and Marketing Manager, said: “We want to get the views of our passengers on our services since the relaunch and how we can further improve them.”

“But we also want to find commuters who don’t use the bus to find out why and what their perceptions of bus travel are.”

”We are looking to build long-term relationships so that we get to know our focus group members, their needs and their views, well.”
