WIN a laptop for you and your school simply by applying for a free CitizenCard!
That’s the tempting offer from Transdev Yellow Buses (TYB) which, from January 1, 2008, will only allow discounted travel for unaccompanied 11 to 18-year-olds if they produce the photo ID card.
To encourage young people to get a CitizenCard every application made through a school in the company’s operating area will be entered into a free draw. The winner will receive a Sony Vaio laptop computer for themselves and their school.
The CitizenCard is PASS (Proof of Age Standards Scheme) accredited and can be used for a variety of purposes nationally, including checking-in at airports.
It carries a full colour passport-style photograph of the holder with their name, date of birth and signature, thermally imaged onto the plastic card for security.
