Let it Glo, let it Glo, let it Glo…

The Christmas Elves at Yellow Buses have prepared a Christmas bonus for passengers who have “Glo” cards that cover the festive period.

Passengers can now register their smartcards online and get up to a two day free top-up for January.

These extra days make up for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day when there are no services and means passengers with long term passes are able to use all the days they’ve paid for.

All passengers have to do is register their cards for online sales at www.bybus.co.uk and then email [email protected]  with their name, address and card number.

And if their card has a valid pass that cannot be taken on either Christmas Day or New Year’s Day, Yellow Buses’ Christmas Elves will send those days straight to the card early in the New Year.

It is another example of Bournemouth-based Yellow Buses trying to help their passengers.

Jenni Wilkinson, Yellow Buses’ Head of Marketing, said: “The two days can be used in January and take into account Christmas Day and New Year’s Day when we have no services operating.

“We have prepared a dedicated email address and all passengers have to do is register their card, send through their details and our Yellow Buses’ elves will arrange the top-ups straight to their “Glo” cards.

“This is another brighter way to improve the service we offer our passengers, following our online, next- day, top-up system.

“We are keen to improve our service and contribute to a brighter Christmas.

“It is a thank you to our loyal passengers.”
