The Customer Services Centre in Bournemouth Square (opposite Boots) is being refurbished as a Travel Shop and will operate new hours from January 2018.
This has led to the following vacancy:
Customer Service Assistant
Saturdays 09:45 to 17:15, plus extra weekend hours for marketing promotions
This role involve looking after our Travel Shop at the weekend. This Saturday role will handle customer enquiries, promote the service and process travel applications. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in marketing promotions that occur on a Saturday. This role might be of particular interest to students who are studying for a business or marketing related degree and wish to get relevant experience. This could also lead to other work placements in our Marketing Department.
We are looking for the following:

✓ Comfortable with using computer systems
✓ Comfortable with IT systems and Excel spreadsheets (Customer Services Advisor)
✓ A willingness to take ownership
✓ A driving licence is preferred
✓ A good knowledge of the local and area would be useful though we will help you to quickly acquire this.
✓ Experience of a busy sales environment is preferred
