Yellow Buses is committed to delivering the best possible customer service. Our Customer Charter sets out what you can expect from Yellow Buses and what to do if things go wrong.

We aim to deliver the following:

  • A punctual and reliable service, and information on any delays or other interruptions to service
  • Printed, at-stop and online information about our services
  • Accessible public transport that is available to everyone
  • A friendly travelling environment where we treat all of our customers with respect, honesty and impartiality
  • Innovation which is designed to make your travel experience as enjoyable as possible
  • A point of contact when you have a comment, question or complaint

 

If we have made a mistake, we will try and make amends as far as possible.

If you lose any property on our buses, you can contact us and we will endeavour to return the lost property to you.

  • Call in at our Customer Services Centre, located on Avenue Road in the Square, Bournemouth Town Centre (opposite Boots). We are open at the following times:
    • Summer (1st April to 30th September) Monday to Friday 10:00 – 16:00 and Saturday 09:00 – 13:00
    • Winter (1st October – 31st March) Monday to Friday 09:30 – 16:00
