What is a flex ticket?
The flex is the new flexible ticket for customers travelling between Poole, Bournemouth, Boscombe and Southbourne, and for customers travelling between Poole, Bournemouth, Charminster Road and Castlepoint. It is only valid on certain routes, please find a full list below.
We continue to offer network tickets for customers travelling on other sections of the route.
Where is it valid?
Up until the revised network starts on 8th April 2018, the flex ticket is valid in the following areas, on the following routes.
- Between Poole and Bournemouth:
- Between Bournemouth and Castlepoint:
- Between Westbourne, Bournemouth and Pokesdown:
- Between Boscombe and Southbourne Crossroads:
*Please note that the flex ticket is not valid on the P2 and P3 for passengers travelling to and from the area between Bournemouth and Springbourne.
Where is it NOT valid?
Up until the revised network starts on 8th April 2018, the flex ticket is NOT valid on the following routes:
How do I purchase a flex ticket?
You can purchase flex tickets in advance from our mobile app, or from the driver on the day.

Where is it valid after the network change?
From 8th of April 2018 onwards, the flex ticket will be valid on the 1 and 3 routes, in the zone highlighted in yellow in the map below.
