Which devices support Move?

iOS – iPhone 4s and above.  Android – the most recent version of Android (5.0 Lollipop, at time of writing) is supported. Older versions of Android might work, but we can’t guarantee it.    

How do I register for an account?

Once you have downloaded the app, you can register using only an email address and password. Log in and you are ready to get on the move.    

I have bought my ticket but haven’t validated it yet – how long do I have?

You have 12 months to validate your ticket.
