How do I get started?

Log into your account, or register if you’re a first time user, and select the mobile ticket that suits you best.

If it is your first purchase you will need to add a payment card. These are saved securely by the payment provider so are not in your device.

For iPhone 6 users the iOS version of the app includes Apple Pay, meaning that you can pay using your device’s Touch ID simply by placing your thumb on the home button.

Once you have added a card it will be available each time you make a purchase. You can add as many payment cards as you need to, and remove them from the apps at any time simply by tapping the dustbin icon to the right of the saved card.

When you have made your selection tap the ‘Buy ticket’ button and you will be asked for your account password. Payment confirmation will be displayed on your screen once you’ve completed your purchase. You’ll receive a copy of the transaction by email too.

After that, simply validate the ticket on the day you need it. You can do this by tapping the ‘Activate this ticket’ button and accepting the confirmation message.
